Sundance Hills also offers a shaded cabana area with picnic tables and gas grills - a perfect place to unwind and relax with family and friends.  The cabana area and the pool can be reserved for private parties, and for those special events such as birthday parties and other celebrations, the Sailfish Room in the clubhouse is also available by reservation.

Sundance Hills Swim & Tennis Club

 Sundance Hills offers an exceptional competition lap pool, diving pool, and a separate wading pool for “little swimmers”.   In addition to the aquatic facilities, members can enjoy four state-of-the art tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, an expansive lawn, and an enclosed playground.​
