Cherry Creek Vista has an exceptional swimming facility featuring an eight lane competition lap pool, zero depth beach entry pool with six foot water slide, diving pool with a ten foot water slide/ 1 meter diving board, and a separate wading pool with three water features. In addition to the aquatic facilities, the district owns and maintains three sets of tennis courts, four parks, right-of-way landscaping, and several trails which tie-in to the Cherry Creek Reservoir State Park Trail system.
Cherry Creek Vista also offers a check in area, snack bar, oversized men’s and women’s bath/changing rooms, a separate family changing room, enclosed party room and state of the art shade structures. Orchard Park backs to the pool facility, which includes two tennis courts, a picnic shelter, playground and soccer field. The pool can be reserved for private parties, and for those special events such as birthday parties and other celebrations.
In addition to the exceptional swim, tennis, and recreational facilities, the District offers swimming instruction and tennis lessons for swimmers and players of all ages and abilities. For serious swimmers or adults who want an early workout, the pool is open early from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for lap swimming June 7th through August 16th. The wading pool opens early during swim lessons.
The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. For detailed hours please refer to the pool manual. The tennis courts are open 7:30 a.m. to dusk each day, year round, weather permitting.
This facility is owned by the Cherry Creek Vista Parks and Recreation District and Managed by MPM Recreation. The District Manager is Conner Shepherd with Circuit Rider of Colorado, LLC, 303-482-1002.
Only members of the pool and their guests are permitted. People that live inside the Cherry Creek Vista Parks & Recreation District pay property taxes to the District, therefore they receive a discounted price on swimming pool membership each summer. If you don't live within the Park & Recreation District you can still become a pool member at the Out-of-District price. This facility accepts outside members. |
