Pool, Cabana and Sailfish Room Rental Contract

Recently, the Metro Board has provided several improvements to the Sailfish Room to make the clubhouse a more appealing location to host parties, meetings and informal gatherings.   We have added new furniture, rugs, tables, artwork and yes, even a flat screen HDTV with basic cable. The new environment is perfectly suited to host small or large gatherings, from formal to informal events.

Further, we can now offer wireless access in the clubhouse and on the pool deck area.

Please consider using your neighborhood clubhouse for your next event!
