NEW POOL REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP ONE: REGISTER ONLINE

Registration for the 2010 season can be accessed online starting on April 16 and can be found at: www.svmd.org  (Residents will need their water bill account number/ Condo Residents must consult their condo management for access document). 

STEP TWO: COLLECT PROPER PAPER WORK FOR PICTURE ID

Residents must bring a current water bill, valid government ID and registration receipt when they come to the Community Center to take their ID photo.

STEP THREE: TAKE PICTURE ID

All residents over the age of 10 years of age are required to get their pictures taken at the new Community Center on one of the following dates and times:

Saturday May 8 9:00am-6:00pm

Sunday May 9 9:00am-6:00pm

Monday May 10 3:00pm-9:00pm

Tuesday May 11 3:00pm-9:00pm

Wednesday May 12 3:00pm-9:00pm

Thursday May 13 3:00pm-9:00pm

Friday May 14 3:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday May 15 10:00am-5:00pm

Sunday May 16 10:00am-5:00pm

 Monday May 17 2:00pm-9:00pm

Tuesday May 18 2:00pm-9:00pm

Wednesday May 19 2:00pm-9:00pm

Thursday May 20 2:00pm-9:00pm

Friday May 21 2:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday May 22 10:00am-5:00pm

Sunday May 23 10:00am-5:00pm

If you are unable to make any of the above dates and times, MPM staff will be available to take pictures and produce the IDs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting June 2nd between the hours of 6p.m. -8p.m.

STEP FOUR: PICK UP ID WHEN THE POOL HAS OPENED
